Shipping & Returns

We aim to ship all deliveries within 24/48 hours of receiving the order.

​

Once UK deliveries have been dispatched it should take 1-3 days for them to arrive. However, please allow up to 7 working days after dispatch notification. 

​

International orders can take up to 7-10 days for arrival after dispatch.

​

We currently do not offer returns and refunds on used and opened contact lenses due to hygiene reasons.

​

Contact lenses that have been unused, unopened, and untampered are eligible for a 14 day return, and refund.
